This exquisite blend marries the best of Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor varieties, each bringing its distinctive character to create a cup that's both complex and harmoniously balanced.

Cultivated at altitudes of 1200 to 1600 meters, amidst the lush landscapes and nutrient-rich volcanic loam soil of Bali, our coffee cherries thrive in an environment that's as pure as it is fertile. This high elevation, combined with the island's unique climate, contributes to the development of the beans' deep flavors and aromatic richness.

Our medium-dark roast carefully accentuates the coffee's natural tasting notes, unveiling a luxurious palette of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar. This roast level enhances the body and richness of the coffee while preserving its intrinsic flavors, resulting in a cup that's both bold and smooth, with a lingering sweetness that's truly satisfying.
