Immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Brazilian coffee culture with our naturally graded, medium roast coffee, sourced from the esteemed Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio. This blend is a celebration of Brazil's renowned coffee regions, Parana and Sao Paulo, where the tradition of coffee cultivation is woven into the very fabric of the landscape.

Our selection features the Catuai and Mundo Novo varieties, favored for their robustness and ability to thrive in the varied Brazilian terrain. Grown at altitudes ranging from 750 to 1050 meters, these beans are nurtured in volcanic loam soil, a key factor in their distinctive flavor profile.

The medium roast perfectly complements the natural characteristics of these beans, resulting in an elegant and smooth cup that's rich with cocoa notes. This roast level carefully balances the beans' natural sweetness and body, ensuring a cup that's both flavorful and remarkably smooth.

Our coffee is processed using the pulped natural method, where the skin of the coffee cherry is removed, but some of the mucilage remains during the drying process. This technique, combined with sun-drying, enhances the coffee's inherent flavors, adding a subtle complexity and depth to the cup.

Savor the essence of Brazilian coffee craftsmanship with our medium roast. It's a homage to the dedicated growers of Fazenda Santa Barbara, Sao Francisco, and Santo Antonio, and a testament to the rich coffee heritage of Parana and Sao Paulo. This coffee is more than just a beverage; it's a journey through the heart of Brazil's coffee lands, offering a taste experience that's as enriching as it is delightful.
