This coffee is a celebration of Colombia's rich coffee heritage, showcasing the meticulous care and artisanal practices that go into every bean.

Our blend features a variety of Colombia's finest coffee cultivars, including Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica. Each variety contributes to the coffee's dynamic flavor profile, cultivated at altitudes of 1300 to 1500 meters where the volcanic loam soil enriches the beans with distinct flavors and aromas.

The medium roast level is expertly chosen to highlight the coffee's natural tasting notes, presenting a delightful harmony of dried orange, berry, and chocolate. The citrusy brightness of dried orange peels intertwines with the sweet, nuanced notes of berry, culminating in a rich chocolate finish that adds depth and warmth to each cup.

Our processing method involves fully washing the beans and then drying them in solar dryers. This innovative approach ensures the beans are protected from rain, preserving their quality and enhancing their flavor characteristics. This careful attention to detail during processing reflects our commitment to delivering a coffee that captures the true spirit of Medellin's coffee culture.
